This company has been recently established, mainly for LDT and HDT business.

By having some strong private investors from Semnan province; this company has been registered in Garmsar special economic zone; which gives special incentives to this company for easy import of CBU and KD. Another main incentive is we can assemble vehicles in our area without need of customs release.

For first phase, this company has purchased 50,000 sqm land in this special economic zone.

Our group’s factory for CKD & SKD assembly of commercial vehicles, is located in Garmsaar, a main industrial city in Semnan province.

Total land of 1st phase of this factory is 45,000 sqm.

This factory was built at year 2000. Before, GAC pickup were assembled in this factory. It already has one assembly hall, one paint shop, parking area, road test track, and warehouse; available for production of different models of pickups, light duty trucks and even heavy duty trucks.

Maximum capacity of this factory is annually 10,000 units in two working shifts.

ARAN MOTOR uses this factory, specially for start assembling LDT and HDT.
